TPACK Quest Badges

These are the badges that I earned for completing my homework for our tech class. Pretty, eh? It's cool to see all of these because they are a marker of my achievements. I found that the badge system was useful for chunking information together into sections, so that each section felt like a manageable project. Once a section was done and the badge for it completed, it was nice to know that we were able to move on from that information and begin something new. I could see myself using this system in my classroom. Some of my favourite badges are the dependability and professionalism badges since we did not any specific assignment to earn them, but earned them based on the skills that we demonstrated in the classroom itself. I like having badges for these skills since it turns the abstract concepts into a more tangible concept.
